Douglas J. Beck began his career inside one of the most selective leadership programs in corporate America — Johnson & Johnson's IT Leadership Development Program, chosen from just 45 candidates worldwide. He spent nearly a decade leading international teams and structuring complex deals at the Fortune 50 level.

In 2015 he walked away to build on his own terms. What followed was a decade of facilitating nine figures in real estate transactions, serving hundreds of clients, and impacting thousands of investors through The Growth Collective's capital advisory, mastermind, and education platform.

Today Douglas focuses on two things: helping experienced commercial real estate operators access capital and build AI-powered systems that scale — and connecting accredited investors and family offices to exclusive, vetted off-market deal flow from operators he knows and trusts personally.

He also coaches Beck Elite Throws, working with high school and collegiate throwers pursuing D1 opportunities, bringing the same precision and accountability he brings to every client engagement.
